Blueberry Banana Smoothie Recipe – Healthy & Kid-Friendly

Blueberry banana smoothie is very healthy and refreshing. Sweet blueberries with the taste of banana, taste so good. Blueberries are a very good source of Vitamin C and Fiber. They are also a good source of Vitamin E. Bananas are a very good source of Vitamin B6 and Fiber. Yogurt adds some Calcium and Protein to this smoothie.

  • 1 medium-sized banana
  • 125ml soy milk
  • 150g yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2/3 cup blueberries

How to make Blueberry Banana Smoothie:

  1. Cut banana into pieces, add in blueberries, soy milk, yogurt and honey.
  2. Blend on low speed until smooth, about 5 seconds.
  3. Increase to medium speed and blend to desire consistency.
  4. Serve immediately.
